General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Reactivation of pre-existing scars is not common and a skin biopsy may serve to establish the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. In your case the bleeding from your scar after one year is also a reactivation of the scar and you are advised to see your doctor for a diagnosis and further course of treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
