What Causes Bleeding From Anus After Smoking Marijuana?

My friend has been smoking this synthetic marijuana product called spice lately, and just today he told me he is very afraid because there is blood coming out of his anus. He thinks this may be internal bleeding. Is there any information on this new product that you may have? Can you confirm the blood coming out of his anus is caused by internal bleeding from smoking this synthetic marijuana?

- hard stools due to constipation
- alterations in gut flora mechanisms
- bleeding ulcers in the GI tract

* Confirmation of this bleeding from marijuana is simple as it appeared
only after its consumption , before that in the whole life of the
patient , this was not there .
