myson is gay and three of his friends has tested hiv positive i,m afraid for him he says he bleeds from his buttocks when he uses the bathroom and he has aspot that s swollen down next to his ruptum that s hard he dont eat very welland has noappitite most of the time i;m very afraid for him and his health should i be?

Bleeding fresh blood during passing could from 2 reasons, piles which is painless and fissure which is associated with pain. Examination by doctor helps to confirm condition. Use of healthy diet rich in fiber content and regular exercise do help to reduce symptoms in early stage.
Need to use barrier method of contraception during intercourse to prevent infection and get him tested for HIV too.
