What Causes Bleeding From Eyes, Vision Problems And Seizures?

I have had a never ending headach since i was 13, im now 24, i bleed from my eyes, occasionally lose vision, rarely i have siezures. i went to the er bc i do not have insurance, they did alot of test, what they called the million dollar workover, they found i have a penial cyst. then they did more test, never really found much out, but my question is now i keep falling, and loosing controll of my right arm! what does this mean?

your is a neurological problem, seizure is under stood. eeg and mri brain is to be done. proper treatment fo seazuer is to be given. bleeding from eye may be related to seuzer. neurologist have to examine and advise treatment for all of your problem.
