You have history of allergy with dusts that often causes you watery and itchy eyes. You are presently having bleeding from nose. Bleeding from nose occurs commonly due to allergies, nose picking, blowing your nose with force, smoke, dry air, infection, congestion, etc. To prevent nose bleeds stay away from anything that causes you allergy symptoms. If required take non sedating antihistamines.
Avoid nose picking, it will trigger nasal bleeds. Use of nasal sprays and humidifiers will help. Avoid smoking. Applying pressure at the soft tip of your nose will help to stop the bleeding, maintaining pressure will help the blood clot and stop the nosebleed. However, you should get clinically examined by an ENT to rule out or to detect any pathology that may be causing you nose bleeds so that treatment can be started at the earliest.

It's happening due to allergy. Dust allergy cause rhinitis like symptoms because of frequently sneezing our fragile blood vessels which are present in anteroinferior in nasal septum rupture easily. Best treatment of allergies as we all know is prevention. For Symptomatically relief take Olapatadine and Phenylephrinenasal spray.
