Hi. I m talking to my boyfriend he is traveling and have told him what I have found by reading so much tonight question being, he had a lot of bleeding from scrotum after showering and toweling off and didn t notice it until he was brushing his teeth and it was pouring down his leg it was not from rectum or penis it was coming from sack with no cut or anything. He finally got it to stop bleeding and put a wash cloth in boxers before leaving hotel for dinner. It has not started again but he has concern. He said the shower was not too hot but he does use soap that he brings from home. should he not wash the area for a while? A concern is he is traveling in the air force a lot this week and I m concerned for him also with flights. Can you help or give any advice most of what I ve read say it can be normal. He had gone back to shower off and try to see where it was bleeding from and it was definitely from the sack and stopped after about 10 or 15 minutes.
Bleeding from the scrotum can be due to trauma or ulcer on the scrotal skin. I suggest you to consult a surgeon for clinical assessment, dressing of wound if any and treatment of underlying cause of bleeding.
