The bleeding from your mouth could be because of the gum infection. The gum infection could result in enlargement of the gums, redness and bleeding from the gums while brushing your teeth.
The yellowish discoloration of teeth could be because of stains and deposits. Consult a oral physician and get your teeth cleaned (oral prophylaxis) once and maintain the oral hygiene after that. you can use mouth washes. Rinse your mouth soon after eating anything. Brush your teeth morning and night before going to bed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care. All the best.
Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
