It s only when I wake up in the morning, last night and a couple of nights ago I noticed blood stains in my underwear and during inspections I noticed blood in the hole/tip of the penis... during the day it doesn t hurt or there isn t any sign of blood

bleeding from penis can be due to lesion or infection of urethra . get routine and microscopic examination of urine and culture sensitivity before starting treatment.visit general physician with urine report. meanwhile drink plenty of water.
