What Causes Bleeding From The Scrotum?
my husband started bleeding from his scrotum, after examining it with flashlight, I saw little blood blisters all over, at least they look like blood blisters. He is on a blood thinner, and Im guessing that s why he bled so much. should we be concerned

Since your husband is on blood thinners and there is bleeding from the scrotum with blood blisters.
This is very serious and needs immediate attention by you Doctor. Rush him to the ER to get all the relevant blood investigations done and to get properly treated.
Till then apply liquid povidone to the scrotal skin so that there will be sterility of the skin to get the reduced chances of infection.
