Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms Prasita and ecosprin are both blood thinners and they both have a cumulative effect on causing increased rates of bleeding and bleeding from gums is due to these blood thinners..

As you have just got the PTCA which in general terms is Angioplasty procedure you will have to continue taking these medications till your treating Cardiologist does the necessary investigations and checkup and advise you to stop taking the medications as many a times patient has to continue with blood thinners for years to life long at times..
So as of now you cannot stop taking these medicines.

For reducing gum bleeding maintain a good oral hygiene..
If you have mouth breathing habit, stoppage of the habit has to be done. It can be done by a simple trick in which you can stick a vertical strip of micropore tape or doctors tape over the closed lips before sleeping at night to enforce nasal breathing.
Do cold water rinses and cold compresses over the gums.
Consulting a dentist and getting checkup done and if there is any infection in gums antibiotics and scaling can help..
[Note: If required get a hand scaling done [ using hand driven instruments] and not ultrasonic scaling as ultrasonic vibrations can cause more gum injury and bleeding.]

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
