Hello,

Your symptoms suggest that you have a frenulum tear. You can visit a surgeon so that you can be assessed. If there is a remnant of the frenulum left, your surgeon may find the need to remove it. Avoid sex or masturbation for a couple of days, it may take time to heal. Maintain hygiene, keep the area clean & dry. Avoid vigorous sex/masturbation, stay well lubricated during coitus(after you are treated).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
