General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that due to rough and stressful anal intercourse there might be having some injury or soreness in rectal mucosa producing bleeding.
If pain increases or bleeding continue, consult your doctor and get examnied to extent of injury and having any infection.
Meanwhile apply antibiotic or analgesic cream locally.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
