What Causes Bleeding In The Lanced Cyst Area?

When I was in my late teens and early 20 s, I suffered a couple of bouts with a palonital cyst which I had lanced on several occasions. Recently (I m 53 years old), I ve had a bleeding problem where the cyst was lanced which is painful (not as painful as when the large cyst reoccured) and causing my backside to ache. This ache also goes down my legs. There has been no reoccurence of the cyst since my early 20 s but over the last year, I ve dealt with faint bleeding and an overall pain in the area. Should I be concerned?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if there is history of cyst and right now if this is manifesting again then this need to be concern of course, and in my opinion you really need to see the surgeon, just for safe side, take care and have a nice day.
