What Causes Bleeding In The Stools And Constipation?
hi , i have diagnosed with grade-1 internal piles.this problem occurred 2 months back.some times i am having bleeding in stools. can some one suggest me medicines and diet to cure and prevent.i don t have constipation problem. but sitting long hours in office.
As you mentioned, sitting for a prolonged period of time can cause worsening of piles. Coughing, increased weight, lifting heavy objects can also be a problem as well so if any of these are present then you would need to address them as well.
For the acute flare up, you would need to -(1) use a cushion or reduce prolonged sitting if possible (2)dabbing not wiping with bowel movement (3)stool softener while the bleeding is present (4)cataflam, ibuprofen or naproxen can be used for any pain that you are having (5)sitz baths eg sitting in a sitz bath 2 to 3 times a day for 10 to 20 mins. This is water with salt or epsom salt, this help to reduce the size of the piles
I hope this helps
