What Causes Bleeding In The Throat?

I recently quit smoking and drinking due to blood in my throat coming up after I brush or suck my teeth which I ignored to do for many months I did not brush, now some blood comes up after I eat cannot eat peanuts stool and breath smell like blood I do not know how much I am bleeding into my stomach and I heard awful things about tests that they can complicate and worsen my condition so what test should I have done and I ve had this throat condition for years but as I say I did not know due to not brushing over long periods. * As per my clinical experience, the bleeding in the throat can be coagulation disorders with altered platelets and gum bleed, respiratory problem with tuberculosis or else, stomach issues with ulcer, portal hypertension or others.
* In our clinic, I recommend to undertake a series of lab tests, x-ray chest and upper GI endoscopy after clinical evaluation of the patient to diagnose in details and treat accordingly.
