Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* As per my clinical experience, the bleeding in the throat can be coagulation disorders with altered platelets and gum bleed, respiratory problem with tuberculosis or else, stomach issues with ulcer, portal hypertension or others.
* In our clinic, I recommend to undertake a series of lab tests, x-ray chest and upper GI endoscopy after clinical evaluation of the patient to diagnose in details and treat accordingly.
* I suggest to consult your doc without getting panic. Do give me further chance to assist in future.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
