Hello dear Understand your concern Following are the causes of blood during sex: Rough sex (injury to vaginal wall and cervix), vaginal infection (gonorrhea, chlamydia, yeast),vaginitis, precancerous condition of cervix, endometrial polyp, fibroid. As in your case bleeding is bright red, i think it is due to pathology in vagina or cervix. For exact diagnosis please consult the gynecologist and get the following tests done: pelvic examination by speculum, For infection: swab test, NAAT, ELISA, DNA probe test, cell culture, vaginal microscopy, USG scan, PAP smear, endometrial biopsy. After exact diagnosis take the proper treatment. Meanwhile use condoms and lubrication during sex to avoid friction injury, take single dose treatment of azithromycine +tinidazole + flucanazole. Maintain pelvic hygiene. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
