General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The nosebleeds is can be caused by cold. It is related to the dryness of the nostrils. I suggest using a saline nasal spray for local application. I also suggest to stay hydrated. The symptoms will relieve gradually.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
