What Causes Bleeding Nose In Child?
My five year old had bloody nose for thirty minutes. Large clotting cascade at end. Her father had this often as a child and ended up needing a liver transplant in early twenties. Blood tests??? Could be just nothing but want to be proactive if there is an issue

Five year olds get trauma in the nose but usually their bleeding is 2 min or less and then it stops. 30 minutes is a long time. Check with an ENT Doctor first. Than I suggest you do a blood test for ruling out Hemophilia or Von Willebrand's Disease.
