What Causes Bleeding Only During Urination And Being Diagnosed With Pcos?

Every time I urinate toilet fills with blood but none in a pad except when bladder leaks. I haven t had a period for about 4 years and have pcos. I ve bleed every time I peed for 6 days now. Only wear a panty liner due to bladder leakage. Only 1 per day..lots of pain in lower back and behind my ribs toward center of abdomen and extremely fatigued

hello madam..
it is better if you can visit a physician for getting evaluated and further workup..
there are lot of causes for blood in urine(hematuria) like
kidney stones
blood disorders
clotting factors problem
infection etc
i would advise you to get CBP,coagulation profile,US scan of abdomen and any other workup advised by your doctor ASAP.
loosing so much blood makes you anemic and fatigued..
