What Causes Bleeding Only While Urinating During Periods?
I started my period today after it being about 3 days late (today being the 3rd day) but I am only bleeding when I urinate. I ve had a pad on all day and there s no blood on the pad yet when I use the restroom the toilet bowl fills with blood as if it were a normal period. Should I be concerned?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection. I recommend doing a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day. I also recommend to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.
