The cause of bleeding during intercourse may be due to some problems in the area like polyp, some tumor or infection. And probably that's why you also had bleeding during Pap. Any bleeding post an intercourse should never be ignored. So, you need a gynecological check up to look into your cervix and also an USG to help in diagnosis.
