What Causes Bleeding Ulcers In Stomach Along With Blood In Stool?
I have had bleeding ulcer s for years. I was told if I was bleeding from ulcer s , then it would be a dark , almost black blood. I am pooping bright red blood , it happens a few times a week. Im confused and I cant afford health insurance and medical help, just at a clinic with GP s.
If you cannot afford treatment then only at least go with it, otherwise proper imaging and treatment, even surgical can be indicated. 40 mg a day for 2 weeks Pantoperazole and Cimetidine 400 mg, Metronidazole 250 mg for 14 days, Sucralfate 2 hrs before a meal empty stomach 1g. Listen to good positive meditation music, talk to good friends, help others, these will help to heal your ulcer also.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
