I am 34 years old 4'11 124 lb. I had a tubaligation 5 years ago. I had a very light 2-3 day period last month I've been spotting and bleeding when I wipe. Soar itchy breasts and lower back pain along wit a stabbing pain in my left pelvic area. Can you tell me what could b wrong?
