From the symptoms, most likely you are having a infection at c-section scar or sometimes it may be an indication of internal organ infection(uterus) so its better you consult a doctor in person for further examination.

I advice you to go for culture and sensitivity from the discharge. Once the test report is available you can start treatment accordongly.
