As per your complain blister around the tooth along with toothache is most probably due to formation of a Dental Abscess that occurs due to pus formation below the root tips of the tooth.. In case of dental abscess Root Canal Treatment of tooth followed by antibiotics and painkillers can help.. As of now you can take anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen for pain relief..
