What Causes Blisters And Rashes On The Hands?
my hands break out in blisters and then all the skin peals off it is very painful and it happens over and over they will almost be healed and then blister again. its been happening for over a year. two days ago my arm and legs broke out in a rash. sorry I do not have any money I just need help the pain is awful. thank you
