General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I carefully read your question and understand your concern.
if you have blisters in your nose, a common cause is herpes. it causes painful blisters that then turn into crusty lesions and take 7-10 days to heal. They have the tendency to come back because the virus "sleeps" in the nerve cells and gets reactivated when we get a flu, sunburn, get upset, ect and the blisters reappear. it is not dangerous. Applying aciclovir cream within 72 hours that they appear, the earlier the best, and apply it 3-4 times a day at the area for 5-7 days may make them heal quicker and reduce the recurrences.
Hope this is helpful and answers to your question.
