General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be an abscess or wound infection. Seroma can also present with similar symptoms.

Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

If pus is there, it has to be drained.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
