Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been with my new partner for 4 months. I had been married for 19 years. My ex wife and I stopped having sex 2 years ago and I have not been with anyone else since 4 months ago. I have noticed that I felt a bit sore after the last time my new partner and i made love. Today I noticed that I had what look like small blisters on the shaft of my penis when the skin is retracted. My new partner has handled me at times a bit rougher than usual. Could this just be friction issues or do you feel it is more sinister

HI
Thanks for posting your query.
Friction will not cause blisters , it may causes redness but not blisters . So it is either allergy ( probably for the condom you might have used ) or infection ( Sexually transmitted or non sexually transmitted ) .
So you would require a personal examination b y a doctor or if it's possible upload the picture so that I will be able to tell you what it is .
Hope this information was useful to you . Any clarifications feel free to ask.
