My 15 year old grandson just got back from the Philippines with blistered bites all over one arm and one on the face. He went to his family doctor today. The doctor said they were bug bites and are healing because the bites are scabbing. He also has a slight cold. He said the bites did not hurt or itch. I am concerned about future systemic problems or larvae deposits and think he should see a different doctor who maybe can identify the bites. I need your opinion.
