What Causes Bloated And Can't Pass Any Stool Even After Taking Laxative Pills?

Hi, I have been bloated and can't pass any stool for about 3 weeks now.. And I'm usually pretty regular... I have drank coffee, ate fiber rich foods, and I drink plenty of water.. I took 4 laxative pills yesterday and today and I still can't go? What can I do?

3 weeks hell of time. are u passing wind? any abdominal distension ? u need to see a surgeon to remove hard impacted stools manually.
