I fell down the stairs hit my upper thigh then filled and slid down on my ribs. Only pain is ribs and thigh. But I feel bloated now. I m afraid I have internal bleeding but I have 0 pain in my lower abdominal. But I feel like I cannot suck in like I could before. What are the chances I have internal bleeding? No skin discoloration no blood when I use restroom. No lower abdominal pain.

One of the reason of bloating is that probably you have taken some painkillers medications to get relief of pain of ribs and thigh. So as a side effect of these medications you may have distension of abdomen and dyspepsia which is like bloated abdomen or feeling of fullness of abdomen.
take some antacids .
take some fresh fruits / vegetables like cucumber /carrots /apples etc.
drink fresh milk a glass , at a time
Regarding your breathing efforts what you have mentioned as can not suck in is due to pain in ribs when you are taking deep breaths.
alongwith the pain killers you are already using , you need to do some deep breathing exercises every one hour or every 2 hours or whenever you feel free and comfortable . stretch your arms slowly outwards and at the same time gradually take deep breath to its maximum and then hold it for sometimes as much as you can . then slowly release the breath . like this do it at least 5-6 times every time . it will be helpful i hope
