Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
A clinical assessment is required to know the exact site of bleeding.
Bleeding from anal region can occur in piles.
Besides piles there are other conditions where bleeding can occur from rectum e.g. bleeding ulcer in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), polyp, growth etc.
Lower GI endoscopy will determine any lesion responsible for the bleeding.
Bloating is related to upper GIT and is probably associated with bleeding per rectum.
Bloating is commonly seen in indigestion.
Thus, you need to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
