What Causes Bloating And Abdomen Pain After Inserting An Implanon?

hello, I recently got the implanon birth control, about two months ago. I have had really random and non stop spotting. not as much bleeding as a period or anything. I've been feeings really sick, and bloated, and have been feeling movements and pain in my stomach alot. I went to this website, and people were saying they wouldn't recomend this kind of birth control to anyone, and they had gotten pregnant on it. I have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend, who doesnt pull out. We figured this was okay because I'm on the implanon. I just wanted to know what I should do, because the pain wont go away, and I always feel sick, and have a churning like feeling in my stomach.
