What Causes Bloating And Pain In Abdomen Along With Diarrhoea?

I ve been having bloating in my stomach all week & have had gas also. Especially right after I eat I m a very active & fit 58 year old female. I eat a very clean diet ( lactose free milk) Tonight I had some diarrhea after I ate dinner. I ve also been having pains in my lower left abdominal area all evening the pain is persistent (about a 7/8 on a 10 scale ) what do you think?

Hi,

It seems to be due to food poisoning; it is most common. Take antispasmodic like meftal spas and antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole twice a day. Also, take some medicine for gastritis.
