Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bloating and pain in upper right abdomen after eating . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like liver disease , gastritis , defect in digestive enzymes , IBS or intolerance to some food . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Investigations like Sonogram or Upper GI endoscopy will be helpful to rule out any pathological cause for the symptoms , Doctor may prescribe pantoprazole preparation & antacid gel along with antibiotics . For now take soft, plain, non-spicy foods , drink lots of water to maintain adequate hydration and avoid fast foods, carbonated drinks & gas producing food products like cabbage .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
