I am postmenopausal (last period over 3 years ago) and am bloated, having watery discharge, new urgency with urination at times, and sore nipples. I am scheduled for some testing next week but am concerned. Also, I m not sure if this could have something to do with my hormones but I started juicing everyday a few weeks ago with lots of kale and I just read that kale can balance hormones. Maybe it is giving me an imbalance? Thank you
