What Causes Bloating, Dizziness And Exhaustion?

I m worried I might be pregnant. I ve been feeling very bloated, dizzy, and exhausted lately. I was due for my period but I didn t get anything. This isn t entirely unusual but it still concerns me because I m experiencing terrible cramping as well as diarrhea.

Hello,

Missing your period could indicate that you are pregnant, which would be best determined by a pregnancy test, which should be positive by now if you were pregnant.

Otherwise, you may just have a viral gastroenteritis causing the diarrhea and bloating. As long as you don't have a fever or blood in the diarrhea, you normally wouldn't need antibiotics, but it will be important for you to drink plenty of fluids. You can also take loperamide for the diarrhea if you are not having a fever.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
