General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Bloating and abdominal discomfort is quite common in pregnancy. As a first line management antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole can be taken for symptomatic relief. Avoid spicy foods and try to sleep in position where in the head end is slightly elevated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
