What Causes Bloating, Nausea, Pain In Abdomen And Neck?

Hi, I have not been feeling well, I have bloating, nausea, and abdominal pain. I just came back from doctor who thinks I have an ulcer. I am not sure why he wants to do an endoscopy/ercp. I also have back pain and an 5mm kidney stone. Which I am getting lipotripsy done. On my ct it does say pneumobilia tracking along the porta hepatis bile duct.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I agree with your doctor that the symptoms can be related to a stomach ulcer.

To confirm the diagnosis, I also recommend to do the endoscopy.

Meanwhile I suggest using Omeprazole 20 mg daily.

I also suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan to relieve the abdominal pain.

I recommend to drink liquids and eat a healthy diet.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
