What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen Along With Dizzy Spells?

I am not feeling well. The area directly above my stomach is bloated. I experienced pain under my ribs which has gone away. I ws able to drive home from work but have been feeling dizzy. I am still bloated all day and night. What could this be? Also, would an antibiotic help from a physician. If so, which one would you recommend? Please help me diagnose and treat this.

I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and most of the time it could be due to hyperacidity and in my opinion this needs to be manage with "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone" 40/30 mg once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
