I feel fine before I eat, but lately I get really bloated after eating. I have been had IBS and reflux for sometime, but it has been under control. I lost weight a year or so ago, I was working at the time. But last March my husband was in a serious accident, and I have been his caregiver since. Now I have gained weight again because I m not getting the excerise I once was while I was working. But it has just been the last week or so that I have been bloated and also constipated.
