What Causes Bloating Post Alcohol Withdrawal?

I have stage 1 cirrhosis. I am a recovering alcoholic. No alcohol in 10 months. Have had to have my abdomen tapped several times. Always feel bloated. What can I do to ease these issues? 55 yr. old white male. I take blood pressure meds , daily antibiotic , water pill and vitamin b complex vitamin.
