What Causes Blockage Along With Swelling In Ear?

Hi, okay so a while ago my ear was really crusty like scab lined my ear canal and I peeled it and it went away. Then last night I was cleaning my ear with a Q tip and it muffled my ear a little bit and now my ear is swollen and in a ton of pain! What do I do/what is wrong?

Hi. You have otitis externa. Please apply ciprofloxacin ear drops thrice a day. Take tab augmenting 1gm bd for five days. Take tab duclofenac 50mg twice a day for two days. You will be alright. Avoid swimming and air travel. Take care.
