What Causes Blockage In Eustachian Tubes Along With Plugged Ears?

Hi, I have had a lot of congestion brought on by my allergies. My Eustation tubes are blocked, so my Doctor prescribed Ciprofloxan 250 mg. and an Antihistamine inhaler. I ve used them for 8 days now, and my ears are still feeling plugged up. Should I try Sudafed instead?
