What Causes Blocked Ear And Nose With Breathlessness?
I have been congested for about a month now. I was sick 3 weeks ago, but the congestion has not gone away. My ears are blocked, and my nose is constantly stuffy, and I have a hard time breathing thru my nose. Should I go see a doctor or is there an over the counter medicine I can take to breathe better?

hello, thanks for ur query, ear is connect by nose by et ( eusthacian tube) , whenever this tube blocked ( cold, flu, sinusitis, allergy) u feel ear block sensation, u can start decongestant tab. xyzal- d ( levocitrizine+ pseudoephidrine) one tab ya bed time for7 days, xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 time/1 week. valsalva manoere ( watch utube ) , chew chewing gum can be tried ,all d best. take care.
