What Causes Blocked Ears, Shoulder Pain And Feeling Of Lump In Sternum?

For 1 week my right ear has been packed and i cannot hear. My neck and shoulders hurt, but i have a history of that. Base of my skull achey and tight, fell in July and jarred my left arm which has been tingling and had some numbness, last 2 to 3 days i have had lump feeling after i swallow right at base of sternum. I have burped a few times and i am not a burping type of person. But once in a while the burp seems to relieve sternum area. Have had a productive cough, clearish, x 2 wks, but constant. I smoke 1 pack/day, am 52 yrs old woman

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you seems to have multiple complaints, for the ear this could be due to impaction of wax and this need to be removed and for that you need to see the ENT surgeon, for the swallowing difficulty you can try "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day, for cough quit the smoking, try to come out of stress, and depression if you ever have this, hope this information helps take care.
I find this answer helpful
