What Causes Blocked Ears?
I was out in the garden doing some patio pots with my children. After about an hour i felt very cold and had shivers..Sinuses felt awful with swelling on my left temple. I also was experiencing feelings of blocked ears and disorientation. Could this be hay fever?

It can be a rhinitis. As a first line management you can take antihistamines like cetrezine or levocetrizine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
