recently igave birth to baby my breast nipple has got round structure it is reddish sometimes it is bigger sometimes it will be smaller milk is also coming from my both breasts but iam not breast feeding the baby doctor said me milk duct has blocked since my mother has a breast cancer iam in a doubt it is abreast cancer or not

please sayme is it a breast cancer or something else
