What Causes Blocked Nose While On Xynosine?

I was using xynosine since 1 month. Day before yesterday suddenly my nose completely blocked and I cant even breath properly. No nasal spray can pass through nostril now. Even xynosine. I am in miserable condition now cañt breath, what can I do now how my nose will open now.
